Covid is still keeping a dampener on outings, but we are doing individual outings.
Sunday 23rd January – Langebaan Car Show
What a lovely if not chilly drive up to Langebaan to attend the Langebaan Car Show organised by Paige Lindenberg. Sadly only 4 cobras together, but lots of other cars and stalls to keep us occupied all day.
Sunday 10th April – Cape Winelands drive
Today saw 8 Cobras and a GT40 drive over the mountain and back via Du Toitskloof tunnel and then on to join another 4 at Freedom 301 venue in the Cape Winelands. Beautiful weather for a drive. Thanks for organising Coert and the picture Sandy.
Sunday 24th July – Bain’s Kloof drive
Having heard that Bain’s Kloof is again open to traffic, 7 Cobras thoroughly enjoyed the new tar surface, and then drove back to Freedom 301 for refreshments.
